Shipping & Return/Refund Policy
TOPBAR is not responsible for lost mail due to invalid shipping addresses. You may request insurance for your order/package by calling TOPBAR at (949) 371-9577 during operating hours. This must be done prior to your order shipping.
All packages will require a signature at time of delivery.
If you believe your packages are at risk of being stolen or lost, we advise using taking all necessary precautions with deliveries. We highly advise signing up for tools and programs available by the shipping couriers such as USPs Informed Delivery, FedEx Delivery Management Application, and UPS My Choice. TOPBAR reserves the right to change the shipping method/requested services depending on quantity of ordered items or if the ship-to address is not serviceable by the requested shipping courier. By purchasing the order you are verifying the shipping address is correct. If any address change is needed, they must be communicated prior to your order being processed for shipping. We advise contacting us via phone at (949) 371-9577 to ensure address changes are addressed and communicated immediately.
Shipping times are subject to immediate Customs Clearance for all International Orders. Orders that are shipped internationally are subject to Customs Clearance which TOPBAR is not responsible for. Customers must know their maximum allow limit of goods per shipment if shipping internationally if they are restricted and TOPBAR is not responsible if shipments face Customs clearance issues due to going over this limit. Refunds or reshipment will only be submitted once the package is back into TOPBAR's possession.
Free standard or expedited shipping offers are not available for international orders. These offers only eligible for orders being shipped domestically to the United States.
International orders are subject to VAT or Taxes and Duties fees at the responsibility of the customer. The prices are not calculated at time of checkout and the customer will be notified by the shipping courier what these charges are before/during/after package delivery. These charges are not included in any shipping charges and are not included in the pricing of our products. If shipments are refused by customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back to TOPBAR (up to $120 for international shipments).
TOPBAR Vape is not responsible for shipments that are seized or destroyed by customs for international shipments.
International orders normally arrive within their stated time frame, however depending on the locality that the shipment is being sent to, you may experience a longer shipping time than stated. Please note carriers may not deliver directly to PO Boxes or parcel lockers internationally. If an order to sent to a PO Box or parcel locker, it may take longer to arrive as FedEx will deliver the package to a local shipping courier for final delivery.
Orders are eligible for a refund minus shipping cost and a $20 restocking fee once they are returned back to TOPBAR Vape.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. Goods are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after their delivery date.
Goods have to be returned to TOPBAR in order for the return to be authorized.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns for DEFECTIVE product(s) will be accepted within 180 Days of purchase
- All returns MUST include the original invoice and/or reference number corresponding to the defective product(s).
- All returns MUST include original packaging and original pieces for a full refund. Any contents without its original packaging will be denied.
- No returns on CLEARANCE and AUCTION product(s). Product(s) will be denied.
- No returns on NON-DEFECTIVE product(s). Product(s) will be denied.
- Customers will need to provide a shipping label for any denied product(s). If the shipping label is not provided within 30 days, the product(s) will be disposed of.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The return will not include shipping costs and there will be a $20 restocking fee deducted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not pay for return/ exchange shipping.
Missing Items (if applicable)
If you have a missing item from your order, we must be notified up to 3 days after the delivery of the package. You must forward an image of the order received as is with the packing slip of available and forward this in an email with the Subject line in the following format: "Order [Your Order Number] Issue - Missing Item". Please email us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
